Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

If you are coming to the workshop:

While we try to be as flexible as we can, and understand that sometimes things come up, a slot booked to the workshop, is a slot that can no longer be sold to someone else. As a small business, reschedules and cancellations can lead to a significant loss of revenue, which is why we kindly ask you to acknowledge the following policy.

Please note that last minute notice (within 3 hours of your booking) and “no-shows” will be considered a cancellation.

Rescheduling:

  • You are allowed to reschedule your appointment one (1) time, at no additional fee, up to 48 hours before your reservation.

  • Rescheduling an appointment more than one (1) time, will incur a reschedule fee of 25% of the amount of your reservation.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of your reservation will incur a reschedule fee of 25% of the amount of your total reservation.

  • Rescheduling within 12 hours of your reservation will incur a reschedule fee of 50% of the amount of your total reservation.

Cancelling your booking:

  • If your booking is in 7 days or more, cancellations will be processed with a full refund of the amount of your booking.

  • If your booking is between 7 days and 48 hours, cancellation will be processed with a 50% refund of the amount of your booking.

  • If your booking is in less than 48 hours, no refunds will be processed for cancelling your appointment.

If you booked a private class (at the studio or mobile to the venue of your choice):

Thank you for booking a private or mobile perfume making workshop with us. We look forward to creating a memorable experience for you. Please read our cancellation and reschedule policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Deposit Payments:

    • A deposit is required to secure your booking. If you have not paid a deposit, your booking is not guaranteed.

    • Deposits are fully refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled event.

    • If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

  2. Full Payments:

    • If you have paid the full amount for the workshop in advance:

      • Full payments are refundable under the same conditions as deposits.

      • Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.

      • Cancellations made after the 7-day period will be subject to a 50% refund.

Reschedule Policy:

  1. Flexible Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling requests are accepted up to 3 days before the scheduled event without any additional charges.

  2. Rescheduling Within 3 Days:

    • For rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the event:

      • Rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

      • Additional charges may apply, and rescheduling is not guaranteed.

      • In many cases, rescheduling may not be possible and will be treated similarly to a cancellation.

Additional Notes:

  • Non-attendance: If you fail to attend the workshop without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

  • Notification: All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email or our official communication channels.

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs while maintaining fairness to our business and staff. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
